The company has invested vastly to create a modern and sophisticated infrastructure. We have machines & equipment complying with the latest technology that includes ultra-specialty precision injection molding machines, metal cutting machines and advanced testing machines including vision inspection systems, complete mechanical test lab & optical testing facilities. We have developed the latest ERP infrastructure which enables us to plan various stages of our operations to meet our commitments.

  • Vertical Machining Centers : DMG Mori : 2 nos.

  • 5 axis machining centre: Brother 1 no.

  • Wire EDM Machine: Mitsubishi: 1 no.

  • CNC Electric Discharge Machine: Oscarmax : 2 nos.

  • Surface Grinder: Chevalier

  • Epoxy bonded Assemblies, using Glue Dispensing, Structural Adhesives, Curing and Annealing.

  • Mechanical Assembly, using Crimping, Curling, Hydro-Pneumatic Presses and Hand Presses.

  • Automated Insertion: Special Purpose Machines for specific products, including Bowl Feeders, Pick & lace devices, Pneumatic and Electric Grippers.

  • Manual Assembly, using Jigs & Fixtures.

All processes are housed in a Semi Clean and lean environment.
